ASP – Zaubererbruder – Der Krabat Liederzyklus

It has been 11 years now since Frankfurt based Gothic band ASP formed, and since then the project founded by Alexander Spreng has gained quite a fan base both in Germany and around the world.

Their last album, 2008’s “Zaubererbruder – Der Krabat Liederzyklus” immediately got my attention as it was based off of a classic German novel “Krabat” by Otfried Preussler, and as soon as I heard about it I pre-ordered a copy in anticipation.

Sophie Tiedtke – Airport Affairs EP

Electronic music isn’t for everyone, but I’ve gained a real appreciation for the genre over the years and now absolutely adore it. I’m always looking for new electronic projects to check out, a new sound to explore and so when I picked up “Airport Affairs” by Sophie Tiedtke I was excited to hear what this independent artist had to offer.
